Is the subscription plan monthly or annually? Omniscent is a monthly subscription service. You will be charged monthly and then after payment, you will select a fragrance each month based on your plan.

What fragrances are under Premium Plan? You can check what fragrances are under Premium by going to our Fragrances page and use the filter Premium.

What if I want to cancel my subscription? There's no commitment necessary with our subscription service. You can skip a month, pause your subscription or cancel anytime. Manage your subscription with so much flexibility!

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? Absolutely! You can change your plan anytime. Simply send us a message at info@shopomniscent.com and we will gladly assist you on this.
