Pre-order Terms & Conditions
By placing a pre-order with Omniscent, you agree to the following terms. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.
1. What is a Pre-Order?
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet in inventory. This allows you to reserve the item before it officially becomes available.
2. Shipping Timeline

Pre-orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Delivery timelines may vary due to supplier schedules, customs clearance, or courier delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order.

This secures your reservation and ensures allocation once the product becomes available.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise requested.

If you’d like the in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund anytime before the item is shipped.

Once your pre-order has been shipped, it becomes non-refundable and final sale, unless the item arrives damaged (see below).

6. Damaged Items

If your pre-order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Complimentary Items

Any free items or perfumes included with pre-orders are complimentary and pre-selected by Omniscent.

These cannot be exchanged or refunded.
8. Modifications

Once a pre-order is placed, changes to scent selection, product type, or quantity are not allowed.
