Pre-order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Omniscent, you agree to the following terms. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. What is a Pre-Order?

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet in inventory. This allows you to reserve the item before it officially becomes available.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Pre-orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to supplier schedules, customs clearance, or courier delays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order.

  • This secures your reservation and ensures allocation once the product becomes available.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise requested.

  • If you’d like the in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund anytime before the item is shipped.

  • Once your pre-order has been shipped, it becomes non-refundable and final sale, unless the item arrives damaged (see below).

  • To request cancellation, contact us at info@shopomniscent.com with your order number.

6. Damaged Items

  • If your pre-order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

7. Complimentary Items

  • Any free items or perfumes included with pre-orders are complimentary and pre-selected by Omniscent.

  • These cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

8. Modifications

  • Once a pre-order is placed, changes to scent selection, product type, or quantity are not allowed.

  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

9. Communication

  • You will be notified by email regarding any delays, updates, or shipping confirmations related to your pre-order.
