Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or replacement only according to our Refund and Replacement Policy.

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, descriptions, and packaging of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

 

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

 

All perfumes sold by Omniscent are 100% authentic and decanted from original bottles into Omniscent packaging for the purpose of sampling and scent discovery. Omniscent is not directly affiliated with or endorsed by the perfume brands it carries.

 

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or the same shipping address.

 

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on location or courier conditions. Omniscent shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events once the package has been dispatched.

 

Shipping rates are based on the customer’s region and are displayed at checkout.

 

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENT

 

Our refund and replacement policy complies with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

• 8ml decants, 2ml samples, and discovery sets are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personal nature.

• Full-size bottles may be returned only if unopened and in their original condition within seven (7) days of receipt.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

• If the item was received damaged or incorrect, customers must contact info@shopomniscent.com within 48 hours of receipt with proof (photos or video).

10. LOYALTY AND REWARDS PROGRAM

 

Omniscent offers a loyalty and rewards system where customers may earn and redeem points.

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards system, point values, or redemption rules at any time without prior notice.

 

Misuse or fraudulent activity related to rewards may result in account suspension or forfeiture of points.

 

11. INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, layout, product photography, and other materials—is the property of Omniscent and protected under intellectual property laws.

 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any material without prior written permission.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our site.
