We offer refund for lost, missing and damaged items. We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your order or your expected delivery date to request a refund. To start a refund request you can contact us here. We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. We will then conduct an investigation and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, and you still have not received it please contact us.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged products, wrong, lost or missing items we can replace the item for no extra charge and free shipping. To start a replacement request, you can contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
