Return & Refund Policy

At Omniscent, we take great care in preparing your orders. Please review our return and refund terms below to understand what qualifies for returns, exchanges, or replacements.

 

 

1. Rebottled Perfumes (2ml & 8ml)

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for rebottled perfumes due to hygiene and customization standards.

  • However, if your rebottled perfume arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • Please contact us within 7days of delivery and include photo evidence of the damage.

 

 

2. Full-Size Bottles

Eligibility

Only sealed and unopened full-size bottles are eligible for return or exchange.

Time Frame

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

Contact us at infoo@shopomniscent.com with your order number and proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Shipping Fees

 

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • For exchanges, customers will also shoulder the shipping cost for the new item.

Damaged Products

  • If a full-size bottle arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We will offer a refund or replacement and cover all related shipping costs.

 

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

3. Gift Cards

 

  • All gift card purchases are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for gift cards.
