We ship every Tuesday and Friday. Cut off is 12:00PM the day before shipping day. For Metro Manila, orders should be delivered within 2 business days. For the rest of the country, orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

We ship nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express and Lalamove (for same-day Metro Manila deliveries upon request.)

We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on your region. Simply select your region or province at checkout, and the corresponding flat rate will automatically apply.

- Metro Manila: 1-3 days after shipping

-Luzon: 1-5 days after shipping

-Visayas: 3-5 days after shipping

-Mindanao: 3-7 days after shipping

Same day delivery within Metro Manila is available upon request if our team is able to do it

If your order was returned due to wrong address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery, we can:

-Reship your order once you confirm your correct details (shipping fee applies) or

-We can issue a refund minus the shipping cost.
