Omniscent Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. OVERVIEW
This Rewards and Loyalty Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, redemption, and use of reward points (“Points”) earned through purchases and participation in Omniscent’s loyalty program (“Program”).
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Omniscent Rewards Program is open to all customers who have created an account on our official website.
Points are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual.
3. EARNING POINTS
1. Customers earn Points for every eligible purchase made on our website.
2. The standard earning rate is ₱1 = 1 Point, unless otherwise stated in promotional offers.
3. Points are calculated based on the final amount paid, excluding discounts, shipping fees, or refunded amounts.
4. Points are credited to the customer’s account once the order is marked as Fulfilled.
5. Omniscent reserves the right to adjust points for refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders.
4. REDEEMING POINTS
1. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
2. The standard redemption value is every 500 Points = ₱10 discount, unless otherwise stated.
3. Points may only be redeemed through the customer’s account at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
4. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
5. Redemption rates and eligibility may change without prior notice, at the discretion of Omniscent.
5.LOYALTY TIERS
The Program includes three (3) loyalty tiers based on total points earned and spending activity:

Scent Enthusiast: 4000 points earned
Scent Lover: 8000 points earned
Scent Addict: 12000 points earned
1. Tier upgrades are automatic once the required point threshold is met.
2. Tier status remains valid as long as the customer remains active (has made at least one purchase in the past 12 months).
3. Omniscent reserves the right to change tier qualifications or benefits without prior notice.
6. BONUS CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS
Omniscent may occasionally run limited-time offers where customers can earn bonus points for specific actions such as:
• Referring friends,
• Reviewing products, or
• Participating in seasonal campaigns.
Terms for such promotions will be announced separately and may have specific validity dates.

7. POINTS EXPIRATION
1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.
2. Expired points cannot be reinstated or converted into cash.
3. Omniscent may provide reminders before expiration but is not obligated to do so.
8. ACCOUNTS MISUSED OR FRAUD
Omniscent reserves the right to:
• Withhold or cancel points in cases of suspected fraud or abuse,
• Revoke participation in the Program, or
• Close accounts found to be using multiple identities, addresses, or emails to gain unfair advantage.
Fraudulent activity may lead to permanent suspension of loyalty privileges.
9. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Omniscent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to point earning rates, redemption values, or tier requirements.
In such cases, existing points may remain valid for a limited grace period, which will be announced on our official channels.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Omniscent shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Rewards Program, including the expiration of points or changes to benefits.
