    General Information What is Omniscent? omniscent is your way of exploring designer fragrances without commiting on buying a full bottle. We wanted to offer a solution so you can try luxury perfumes in affordable way. Are your perfumes authentic? Yes. We are committed to sourcing only authentic fragrances from legitimate suppliers. How big is your perfume? We rebottle a authentic luxury perfume to a 8ml glass bottle with sleek modern case to protect it from breaking. It has approximately 120 sprays which gives you about 4 sprays a day. How much does it cost to subscribe? Our Subscription is ₱950 a month which includes 30 day supply of luxury fragrance of your choice, a case for your glass spray bottle and free shipping nationwide. Do I have to subscribe to buy your perfume? Yes, for now we only offer fragrance subscription. We are working on selling full bottles in the future. ← Back to help center

    Refund Policy Returns We have a no-return policy. All sales are final. ​ Refund We offer refund for lost, missing and damaged items. We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your order or your expected delivery date to request a refund. To start a refund request you can contact us here. We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. We will then conduct an investigation and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
