    Our Story The birth of Omniscent sprouted from a shared desire of three Filipino sisters to offer an unparalleled experience that was not yet available in the Philippines. One of the sisters, Manuela, residing in New York, stumbled upon a monthly perfume subscription service that allowed her to explore and try a diverse range of fragrances every month at a great price. Impressed by the service, she introduced it to her sisters in Manila, who were equally intrigued by the prospect of indulging in a similar experience. Unfortunately, no such service existed in Manila. Refusing to be discouraged, the sisters decided to create their own monthly perfume subscription service for Filipinos. They carefully handpicked fragrances from top brands and created a service to make it easy for people to sign up and start receiving monthly deliveries of perfume right to their door. Filipinos can now enjoy a luxury perfume experience that was once out of reach.     Refund & Replacement I received a damaged package We try our best to make sure our perfumes are packaged properly and securely. In the event that you received a damaged perfume, just reach out to our customer service team and we will replace your order. ​ Learn more about our Refund and Replacement Policy I didn't receive my order, can I get a replacement? We make sure every orders are delivered and on time. We ask for our couriers to send a photo as proof of delivery. In the event your order is missing and we can't provide proof of delivery, we will gladly help you with a replacement or refund. You can change your perfume selection as long as we haven't delivered your order given that the fragrance that you want is still available.     Omniscent Rewards Terms & Conditions Welcome to the Omniscent Rewards Program! By participating in our rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility: a. The Omniscent Rewards Program ("Program") is open to all subscribers of Omniscent Subscription Plans. b. Participants must have a valid subscription to be eligible for rewards. c. Participants who have paused or skipped their subscription can claim their rewards on their next active subscription delivery or have the option to shoulder the cost of shipping. d. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and residing within the Philippines. ​ 2. Participation: a. Participants are automatically enrolled in the Program upon subscribing to Omniscent Subscription Plans. b. The Program includes two reward options: "Refer a Friend" and "Facebook Review." ​ 3. Refer a Friend: a. To earn rewards through the "Refer a Friend" program, participants must refer a friend who successfully subscribes to Omniscent. b. Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive a free perfume with their next subscription delivery. c. The referred friend must provide the referrer's email during the sign-up process for eligibility. ​ 4. Facebook Review: a. Participants can earn rewards by leaving a review of their Omniscent experience on the official Omniscent Facebook page. b. After leaving a review, participants must share a screenshot of their review with Omniscent's support team to receive a free perfume. c. Only one reward per participant is allowed for the "Facebook Review" program. ​ 5. Reward Redemption: a. Rewards will be applied to the participant's next scheduled subscription delivery. b. Participants who have paused or skipped their subscription can claim their rewards on their next active subscription delivery or have the option to shoulder the cost of shipping. c. Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no monetary value. ​ 6. Notification: a. Participants will be notified via email upon successful redemption of rewards. b. Omniscent reserves the right to modify or cancel the rewards program at any time. ​ 7. General Terms: a. Omniscent reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. b. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the rewards program. c. Omniscent is not responsible for rewards lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. d. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of similar value. ​ By participating in the Omniscent Rewards Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
