I received a damaged package
We try our best to make sure our perfumes are packaged properly and securely. In the event that you received a damaged perfume, just reach out to our customer service team and we will replace your order.

I didn't receive my order, can I get a replacement?
We make sure every orders are delivered and on time. We ask for our couriers to send a photo as proof of delivery. In the event your order is missing and we can't provide proof of delivery, we will gladly help you with a replacement or refund. Learn more about our Refund and Replacement policy
I just ordered and I change my mind, I want a different perfume.
We get it, sometimes it can be difficult to choose among what perfume to try next. You can change your perfume selection as long as we haven't delivered your order given that the fragrance that you want is still available. Your delivery date might change if your request is sent a day or on the day of our scheduled delivery. You can notify us through our messaging platforms (social media, website chat and email). Please note that we won't be able to update the order details on your "My fragrances history".
