We ship every Tuesday and Friday. Cut off is 12:00PM the day before shipping day. For Metro Manila, orders should be delivered within 2 business days. For the rest of the country, orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

• Eligibility: Only sealed and unopened bottles can be returned.
• Time Frame: Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Proof of purchase required.
• Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges: Available upon return of the original item. Customers pay shipping for the new item.
• Damaged Products: Provide photo evidence of damage upon receipt for a refund or replacement. We cover replacement shipping.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
