Subscription Policy

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your monthly fragrance subscription with Omniscent. By subscribing to any Omniscent plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.

 

 

1. Subscription Overview

Omniscent offers recurring monthly subscription services for curated 8ml perfume samples. By enrolling in any subscription plan, you authorize Omniscent to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

 

 

2. Subscription Plans

Omniscent offers the following plans:

  • Premium Plan – ₱650/month

  • Luxe Plan – ₱950/month

  • Luxe Plus Plan – ₱1,800/month

 

Each plan includes:

  • One (1) 8ml perfume of your choice per month

  • Free shipping within the Philippines

 

Omniscent reserves the right to update or modify the plan offerings, pricing, or included benefits at any time with notice.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

  • All subscriptions are automatically renewed each month on your billing date.

  • Your billing date is based on the day you initially subscribed or last modified your subscription.

  • You will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription.

 

By providing a payment method, you authorize Omniscent to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

 

If you are unable to select a scent for the month before your billing date, Omniscent will choose a fragrance for you based on your previous selections or preferences. This default selection is also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Scent Selection

  • You are responsible for selecting your monthly scent before your billing date.

  • If no selection is made, Omniscent will send a fragrance of its choosing. Subscribers may not request refunds or exchanges for default selections.

 

 

6. Shipping

  • Active subscribers are entitled to free nationwide shipping.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after billing.

  • Omniscent is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions or incorrect addresses.

 

 

7. Subscription Management

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account.

  • Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

  • Cancellations take effect after the current billing period.

8. Changes to Subscription Plan

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be applied on your next billing cycle. Mid-cycle plan adjustments will not result in refunds or partial charges.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or does not arrive within the standard shipping timeframe, please notify Omniscent within 7 days of delivery. Replacements may be provided at Omniscent’s discretion.

10. Loyalty Program

Subscribers are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program and may qualify for exclusive perks such as free gifts, discount codes, and birthday or holiday surprises. Terms and eligibility may vary and are subject to change.

 

11. Termination

Omniscent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms or suspected misuse, with or without notice.

12. Modifications

Omniscent may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the subscription service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
