    Refund & Replacement I received a damaged package We try our best to make sure our perfumes are packaged properly and securely. In the event that you received a damaged perfume, just reach out to our customer service team and we will replace your order. ​ Learn more about our Refund and Replacement Policy I didn't receive my order, can I get a replacement? We make sure every orders are delivered and on time. We ask for our couriers to send a photo as proof of delivery. In the event your order is missing and we can't provide proof of delivery, we will gladly help you with a replacement or refund. Learn more about our Refund and Replacement policy I just ordered and I change my mind, I want a different perfume. We get it, sometimes it can be difficult to choose among what perfume to try next. You can change your perfume selection as long as we haven't delivered your order given that the fragrance that you want is still available.     Refund Policy Returns We have a no-return policy. All sales are final. ​ Refund We offer refund for lost, missing and damaged items. We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your order or your expected delivery date to request a refund. To start a refund request you can contact us here. We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. We will then conduct an investigation and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
